Tandoori Roti Chicken Tikka Wrap
Using Arman Ready-to-Eat Tandoori Roti:
Ingredients:
- 250 grams boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper (capsicum), thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped for garnish
For Tandoori Roti:

Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and oil.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or longer for better flavor.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside. This typically takes about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add thinly sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they become tender and slightly caramelized.
- Assemble the Wrap:
- Warm the Arman Ready-to-Eat Tandoori Roti according to the package instructions.
- Lay out a piece of tandoori roti.
- Place a portion of the grilled chicken tikka in the center of the roti.
- Add sautéed onions and bell peppers on top of the chicken.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
To Serve:

- Drizzle some mint yogurt sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Fold the sides of the tandoori roti over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
